Our salon policy and general terms and conditions are in place to ensure that every client has a pleasant and safe experience with us.

 

To confirm your appointment we ask for a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of your chosen service.

 

This deposit is required to secure your appointment and ensure that we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to providing you with the best experience possible. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but please note that this deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, we will be happy to accommodate you at no additional cost as long as you provide us with at least a 24 hours in advance notice.

 

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. There is no Late Fee. However, if you're going to be more than a 20 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.

 

We also request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule the appointment up to 48 hours in advance and cancel it up to 24 hours in advance via the link in the confirmation email.

 

This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. If you reschedule, your deposit will follow you for up to one month. After a month, a new deposit will be required. 

 

If you no call/no show after 20 minutes you will no longer be able to book with us.

 

Due to lack of space, we would like to ask you to come alone to your appointment.

 

If you are early to your appointment please drop us a message or DM as we may still have a client and don't have a waiting room.

 

We do not touch up eyelash extensions or nails from another artist. However, we are more than happy to remove any existing extensions or nail builder gel and provide a new set that meets your desired look. Thank you for understanding and please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

 

There must always be about 40 % of the eyelash extensions still present at the filling appointment, otherwise extra cost may be charged or the cost of a new set.

 

Our priority is to provide high-quality eyelash extensions and nails that enhance your natural beauty. However, we understand that sometimes unexpected issues can arise. That's why we offer a 3- day warranty on our eyelash extensions and nails.

 

In the rare case that your extensions fall out almost completely within 3 days, despite proper aftercare, we invite you to come back for a free inspection. We will examine your lashes and, if necessary, fill them up again to form a complete set. If you experience any issues with your nails within the first 3 days after your appointment, simply let us know and we will fix it free of charge. Ensuring that you can enjoy your beautifully manicured nails for weeks to come.
